Solarflare Studio, a Creative Technology Agency, was commissioned by Laundry Service & Hennessy to develop a captivating digital and live event campaign to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Hip Hop. The campaign was timed with the release of Hennessy's limited edition VS bottle. Solarflare's mission was to engage guests and fans with exclusive and unique moments, enabling them to create personalized 'rep yours' portraits inspired by their favorite Hip Hop era and location from the last five decades. The aim was to design a campaign that honored Hip Hop's rich history and deepened Hennessy's relationship with fans. The difficulty was in offering a smooth and engaging user experience that allowed participants to create personalized content transporting them to their favorite Hip Hop eras.
