What's new in product: June 2024

Welcome to the latest Photoroom product update! Besides fresh new seasonal templates from Pride to Euro Cup and Summer themes, we are excited to introduce an array of new features and improvements to help you improve your creativity, streamline collaborative efforts and make your photos stand out. Dive into these updates and make your summer snapshots shine!

New Updates

More creative control with AI Fill (beta)

Want to replace an ashtray with a coffee mug, fix a closed eye with open eyes, or add some details to your image to make it perfect? We are slowing rolling out the ability for you to customize an area of your image with an AI prompt to instantly add or correct the details of your image. It’s never easier to control and fine-tune your image to match your vision and make your image perfect. Just go to Retouch, choose “Fill” and type in what you want for your selected area.

Note this is in beta for iOS users from version 6.0.1 and it will first be available to the US and slowly become available to other English speaking countries.

Platform: Photoroom for iOS (6.0.1 version onwards). Coming soon to the Web app and Android

Share a design with anyone

You can collaborate with anyone by sharing a design link, regardless of whether they are in your Team. Just simply copy the link and share with your team, assistant or close ones on WhatsApp, Messages and more.

Switch AI Backgrounds versions on the web app

We recently introduced the option to switch back to the older version of AI Backgrounds on iOS and Android. Now, you can also do so on the web app by going to “preferences”.
