You and Photoroom agree on pass/fail criteria for your visuals upfront, based on product fidelity. Any output that meets them, you pay for. Any output that misses on fidelity is credited back or regenerated. You don't pay for visuals that change the product, and aesthetic preferences are handled separately, since they aren't fidelity misses.

Product fidelity is whether the output renders your actual product: the right color, shape, and details. A miss is when the output changes the product, like a wrong color or an added ingredient. Aesthetic choices, such as a round plate instead of a rectangular one or a different background tone, are taste, not fidelity, so they don't count as misses.

The criteria are co-written with you and built into the contract before any work starts. Every output is then checked against those criteria, so a pass or fail is measured against your standard, not ours.

You choose how misses are handled when you sign: the generation credit is refunded and you regenerate it yourself, or Photoroom regenerates it for you and you pay only for what you accept.

Credit-back refunds the credit so you regenerate in-house, and it's included with every qualifying Enterprise contract. End-to-End is a paid upgrade where Photoroom regenerates the output for you, so your team spends no time managing retries.

No. Unprocessable inputs, like low-resolution, badly lit, or placeholder images, fall outside the Guarantee, because the criteria are about how faithfully the product is rendered, not the quality of the source.
