Pay only for the outputs that pass

AI outputs can miss your brief, so you set your product-fidelity criteria upfront and anything that misses is credited back or regenerated for you.
How the guarantee works

Set your fidelity criteria once, and every output is held to them

Pass/fail criteria are agreed before any contract is signed or workflow is set, so fidelity is guaranteed from the first output.
1

Agree on the brief

You and the team co-write pass/fail rules for your visuals, based on product fidelity. The Guarantee activates only after the workflow passes 75% on your sample images.

2

Generate and check

Every output is checked against your brief, so misses are caught before they reach your team.

3

Choose how misses are handled

When an output misses the agreed criteria, it's credited back or regenerated for you, set in the contract upfront.

One guarantee, two ways to fit your workflow

Same brief, same pass/fail criteria for both. You choose the path that fits your workflow when you sign.

End-to-End Guarantee

When an output misses the agreed criteria, the platform regenerates it for you, and you pay only for the outputs you accept. We handle the retries, so your team doesn't have to.

Credit-back Guarantee

Prefer to keep regeneration in-house? The generation credit is refunded and you regenerate the visual yourself. Included with every qualifying Enterprise contract.

The guarantee covers product fidelity, not aesthetic choices

Pass/fail rules are written into the contract upfront, so every output is measured against the agreed standard.
What qualifies as a miss

What qualifies as a miss

Wrong color, added or removed ingredients, a distorted shape, a detail a buyer would notice on the listing. These change the product, so they're misses.

What doesn't qualify

What doesn't qualify

A round plate instead of a rectangular one, a different background tone, a pose you'd have shot differently. These are creative calls, not product fidelity, so they aren't covered.

Complex generations use more credits

Complex generations use more credits

Virtual try-on and patterned garments may need several retries to pass. Each retry uses a credit. If three retries get you to a pass, you pay for three. If the final retry still fails, that credit is refunded.
