Visual agents

Visual agents is an automated system that manages AI-generated product visuals (images/video) end-to-end: it checks incoming visuals against quality criteria, generates or edits them with the right AI model, scores the output against a fidelity threshold, and automatically retries or escalates to a human if it fails. The goal is to replace the usual patchwork of separate AI tools and manual QA with one managed pipeline, cutting inconsistent output and review bottlenecks.

In benchmark testing at Photoroom (4,250 AI images across 850 products), generic AI models passed full fidelity checks only 29% of the time and broke logos 20% of the time; the virtual-agent pipeline reached a 38.2% pass rate. Early production use: 1.5M+ automated checks and 90K+ corrected images in three weeks for one marketplace, 99.9% automated overnight processing for another, and a 2.2% GMV lift in a week for a third.
