Yes. Every Enterprise account gets a 99.9% uptime target, a dedicated account team, and a documented escalation path into engineering for high-urgency API issues. Specific response time commitments can be scoped during contracting.

Sync API calls are processed and discarded as soon as the response returns. Async jobs hold images briefly while the job runs, then discard. For Enterprise contracts, customer data is never used to train models unless specified in the contract. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest by GCP and AWS, and every training-data access is logged.
